My favorite work days are when I witness a student's eyes light up because they’ve had some sort of breakthrough in class. It’s that wonderful learning moment when all the variables of an exercise start to make sense and progress happens. I teach to provide a positive movement experience for my clients, helping them find a deeper sense of power within their bodies.
