Just as I have grown to love Pilates, I am passionate about sharing the joy and empowerment it brings with my clients. For me, teaching is about guiding and strengthening the mind-body connection, assisting in achieving correct sensations and activations, establishing a communal rhythm and flow, and encouraging everyone to explore their individual strengths more deeply.
