This class is designed to strengthen and support the physical demands of birth recovery/parenthood/etc... By focusing on the breath, the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis strength, as well as glute support, we work to reduce diastasis and promote healthy alignment and bio mechanics to support breast feeding and carrying your baby.
