Molly Gray
All bodies are unique, and all bodies change. As a teacher I want to helpcfolks rediscover their relationship with their own bodies, inspire people to approach challenges with curiosity and compassion, and celebrate the unique idiosyncrasies that make us who we are. I’m aggressively inclusive in my approach to movement, and I want to create a safe space for growth and discovery that’s accessible to everyone. I believe that movement is integral to leading a long, healthy, and independent life, and I want to help everyone achieve that.
