    PROPS NEEDED: Theraband
    A focused mat class to build heat and core strength through movement. This class can be paired with any of our other building block focused classes.

    PROPS NEEDED: 2 cans of soup or hand weights, recommended under two pounds. This mini class will focus on arms and back body strength using weights. In addition, this class is Prenatal friendly.
