Catherine Ekeleme

I teach in a flowing, breath-focused style that aims to deepen body awareness and expand a sense of vitality. I believe that good alignment is good therapeutics, so you can also expect technical approaches that encourage strength and yield therapeutic results. Pilates gives me an incredible sense of connectedness that is unique and deeply valuable. This connectedness makes confidence and self-awareness feel effortless and enjoyable for me, and engaging the practice has positively changed the way I show up for myself and others.
