I practice Pilates to feel strong, stable, and aware in my own body. Practicing allows me more freedom to move the way I want and live my life with less fear and pain. I teach to share that feeling of strength and awareness with others! I love helping clients achieve their goals and then realize they have greater potential in their movement than they knew.
