I enjoy lighting the path for people to find a deeper connection to their own bodies. I work to relieve the consequences of many hard-on-the-body lifestyles and seek to find new movement pathways, shed stubborn habits, and increase strength, coordination and fluidity. Ultimately I strive to empower individuals to live embodied and active lives according to their own goals and priorities.
