For me teaching acts as a symbiotic transfer of energy—a giving and taking between mind and body. I teach to streamline a connection between movement and empowerment. Whether a person is dealing with injury or taking class to deepen their practice, I use Pilates and yoga vocabulary to create positive movement memories for my clients. When more individuals have a healthy relationship to movement, we better the environment for the world as a whole.
