These focused mat classes utilize props. Shorter so you can mix and match. Choose a session to work with your favorite prop, focus on certain areas, or awaken the body. Use them as building blocks to your personal practice.

  • JUST RELEASED: Theraband Resistance w/Sam L.

    PROPS NEEDED: A blue or any medium weight resistance band.
    This class will focus on building strength through resistance exercises for the entire body. This video can be paired with any other building-block focused videos. Taught by Sam Lore.

    Build strength and mobility in your abs and back body. Excellent for our Desk Warriors or really, anyone! This class can be paired with any of our other building block focused classes.

    This mini class will focus on arms and back body strength using weights.
